With 18 years of experience working in the wellness industry my genuine desire is to help you get to the next step in living your most energetic, balanced and vibrant life. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Health and Wellness Coach I strongly believe in getting to the root cause and “why” of a person's pain points. As a chronic illness survivor, I have had my own journey in healing. I opened Recipero Massage and Wellness in 2014 and have successfully created a team and operation that positively impacts the health and wellness of my community. As a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, I received cutting edge education and training in holistic wellness and health coaching. As your supportive mentor I will help you feel your best through food and lifestyle changes, personalized one-on-one encouragement, guidance and accountability. I will help you reach your goals through caring and professional guidance and accountability.
