This class focuses on breathing techniques, gentle stretching, and balance. Poses are done from several positions: supine (on back), seated, hands and knees, and standing. Poses include hip openers, back stretches, and twists.

This class offers a more active practice with more challenging poses to increase strength and flexibility. Includes flowing warm-ups, core strengthening, sun salutations, flowing standing poses, inversions, back bends, balance poses and deep stretching.
Participants should have yoga experience and knowledge of basic yoga poses.
